We had our second floor windows replaced by Rescom Exteriors Company in the summer. The installer Chuck Abbott was very friendly and efficient. He even vacuumed our bedrooms after he finished the job and left beautiful neat windows behind.  The first thing we noticed after the windows were replaced was the temperature in the rooms. It was noticeably cooler. In May I had Owens Corning in to do my windows. In the fall Rescom was passing out flyers and I got one and had them in to do work.  I was very impressed by Josh and his presentation. He pointed out differences in his product to Owens. I was impressed by his products as opposed to Owens. The day of installation Chuck and his crew were excellent & clean up was great. My only regret is that I wish I had Rescom first.

I recently replaced all the windows in my house with your Bristol windows and I have noticed the difference immediately.  The drafts and cold spots have virtually disappeared. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous from the salesman to the office staff and installation crew.  Josh thoroughly explained the product and its advantages. He also followed up on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. Scott and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. They had the whole job done in about six hours. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned everything up. They even kept the inside neat during the work so there was almost nothing to trip over while they were working. They even took their cigarette butts with them (all smoking was done outside). I can honestly say that I have been very pleased with the entire experience and I will be happy to recommend Rescom in the future. I have dealt with many contractors and vendors both at work and at home. Service sometimes seems to have been regulated to history. It is a great pleasure to spend my money with the people to act like they want my business.

We are very pleased with the difference in these windows. We replaced the windows in our living room. My husband and I contacted Rescom around a year ago to discuss having our windows replaced. We were looking for windows that would help keep our energy bills low and would also be attractive. Jeff Whipple came to our house and gave us a very complete and informative demonstration of the Bristol window. We were very impressed and found Mr. Whipple to be very knowledgeable about the windows and he satisfactorily answered all our questions. Since this was a very large investment, we decided to split the installment into two parts. Mr. Whipple worked out the financing details with us to our satisfaction and within the month we had two very large picture windows and one front door installed. Part of the reason I didn’t want to do the whole house at one time was to see how the windows actually worked with regards to the way to the way that we were told they worked. I realize that no matter what is purchased, be it windows, appliances, etc, that there will occasionally be a need for service. To me, service is the most important part of my purchase. I need to know that the company I’m doing business with stands behind their product with reliable service. We did have some problems with our installation but every time we had a problem, we were given prompt and knowledgeable service. Everyone from the office staff to the engineer who came to evaluate and fix the problem were professionals and friendly. It is due to the attitude of the people from Jeff Whipple, to Kim at the office, the men who installed the windows and Jim who fixes the problems that we felt comfortable with having them remaining windows replaced. We have been very happy with the product, the service and the people who work for Rescom.
