Rescom Exteriors, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Mike Smith and Scott Merrell, two window professionals who have more than 50 years of combined experience.

Having worked with some of the leading window companies in America, Mike and Scott knew they wanted to have a company that was not focused exclusively on selling as many windows as possible, but on creating a rewarding experience for homeowners in New England that would last a lifetime.

Rescom Exteriors is the result of that commitment. Every day, Mike, Scott and their team come to work intent on helping customers make their homes more comfortable, more energy-efficient, more convenient — and more valuable. This includes a no-pressure, consultative sales approach, custom design and manufacturing, professional installation by Rescom crews and a commitment to customer service that extends long after we install your windows or doors.

Rescom’s partnership with Bristol Windows is a shining example of this commitment. Mike and Scott could have selected a window manufacturer who supplied windows at lower cost. But that would mean sacrificing quality and durability. Instead they chose Bristol because the two companies shared a vision of making quality products, with top-rated installation and long-term customer service.

As a result of our focus on customers, Rescom Exteriors has been recognized in Qualified Remodeler Magazine as one of the nation's top home remodelers.

We are fully insured and licensed in all six New England states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
