I recently replaced all the windows in my house with your Bristol windows and I have noticed the difference immediately.  The drafts and cold spots have virtually disappeared.
 
Everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous from the salesman to the office staff and installation crew.  Josh thoroughly explained the product and its advantages. He also followed up on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Scott and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. They had the whole job done in about six hours. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned everything up. They even kept the inside neat during the work so there was almost nothing to trip over while they were working. They even took their cigarette butts with them (all smoking was done outside).

I can honestly say that I have been very pleased with the entire experience and I will be happy to recommend Rescom in the future. I have dealt with many contractors and vendors both at work and at home. Service sometimes seems to have been regulated to history. It is a great pleasure to spend my money with the people to act like they want my business.

I am so pleased with the replacement windows that I received from RESCOM Exteriors. All the people that were involved with the process were wonderful. From Josh, who gave us a great overview of the windows and how they could help us to lower our energy bills.  I can’t say enough about the installation crew. It is obvious from the moment they touched the first window that they knew exactly what they were doing and that they had been doing it for a number of years. Doug and his crew were great. They were very friendly and well organized. All 13 of my windows plus a very large Bay window were completed in about 10 hours spread over two days. We had thought that it would take about a week. The work that was done on the inside and the outside was exceptional. When they left you could not tell they had even been there except for the beautiful new windows. Doug asked throughout the process if we had any questions and answered everything that we asked of him. They also gave us tips on staining and how to fill in the nail holes. Even the office staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. Overall we are very happy with the new windows and will probably return in the future to look at doors. This is truly a company that I will recommend to all of my friends & family.
