We are very pleased with the difference in these windows. We replaced the windows in our living room. This room is normally the hottest room in the summer & the coldest in the winter. Our new Bristol windows do a fantastic job filtering the sunlight so our living room has become a very comfortable room to be in regardless how hot it is. We feel very confident that we will receive a significant difference in the winter. No more drafty cold windows!!

After a recent energy consumption analysis of my home by RISE, (Rhode Islanders Saving Energy), I was advised of several problem areas in my home that needed to be addressed in order to improve our energy efficiency. As part of our efforts to conserve energy we needed to replace our sliding glass doors and the window above the kitchen sink, the only 2 remaining windows that were original to our home, built in 1978.

While attending the RI Home Show last winter, my wife and I made contact with numerous window companies and scheduled appointments on our home with Sales Reps. We were looking for the best quality, safest and most energy efficient replacements that we could find, but with limitations on the amount we were able to spend.

One of the companies that we scheduled with was Rescom Exteriors. The initial contact was an indication of what was to come. The Sales Representative was prompt, exceedingly courteous, patient and thorough. Though Rescom was the last of the companies with whom we met, we were most impressed with the Sales Representative and his presentation. At no time did we feel pressured by, (I believe his name is Earl) the salesman and at the end of our meeting which was detailed, thorough and very informative, my wife and I felt that we had finally made the right contact and signed our contract with Rescom.

Things just got even better after that. The appointment for measurements took place soon after at the correct, predetermined time and date. As promised, installation followed in a timely manner and confirmation phone calls were received from the company. The installer, Rene, and his assistant were polite, meticulous, clean, and on time. The work was beautifully done.

When minor normal adjustments had to be made, Rescom came promptly to remedy them. This appointment was also done promptly, efficiently, courteously and on time as promised. Also, though Rescom's estimate for our replacement glass doors and kitchen window was lower than several other companies, I am convinced that we received a product of superior quality.

Without hesitation, I can state that at this time we are thoroughly pleased with our association with Rescom and would recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home. We indeed made a wise decision in selecting Rescom Exteriors.

It was our lucky day when the Rescom canvasser came to our door! In the space of 4 weeks, we saw our 35 year old, 5 panel window replaced with an efficient 4 panel window that did not compromise our space and gives all the light and ventilation we wanted.

Your in-home presentation was clear and concise; you answered all our questions and then some. My husband, a carpenter for more than 50 years, was most impressed with the construction of the window and all the features you explained; I was mainly interested in the beauty of it.
