It is our pleasure to be writing this letter in praise of your wonderful product! When my fiance’ and I purchased our home we knew it was an investment. Since our house is over 180 years old, it quickly occurred to us that replacing the windows would be one of the first improvements that we should make.

We began to research various products, and of course saw windows advertised for under $200 installed. However, the warranties that came along with the inexpensive windows were very limited and finding facts on how much energy they would save proved to be difficult. We knew from the start that windows were one of those things that you get what you pay for so we expected to make a big investment to replace them. We had seen the advertisement for NEWPro, and had them come in to do a demonstration. My Fiance’ and I were impressed and, although a little surprised at the price, agreed that it was a great product that would save us money in the long run. We ended up getting two windows installed as a trial run in our bedroom to see how the money in the long run. We ended up getting two windows installed as a trial run in our bedroom to see how the quality and installation held up in the real world (anyone can make a great looking demo product, Iwanted to make sure that it preformed as well in my own use before we invested in all 17 windows). The NEWPro windows are good product, that I cannot deny nor do I think you will find anyone who has seen them would say otherwise.

A friend of ours had recently had his windows replaced with Bristol windows and had nothing but praise for them. We figured it would not hurt to investigate these windows as a possible option. We were very impressed at how similar the Bristol windows were to the NEWPro windows (and they should be since NEWPro used to carry them). When the sales person heard that we had two NEWPro windows he never said anything negative about them, which to me speaks to the volumes as to the character of your sales team. Instead he compared solid substructure, a metal skeleton makes a lot of sense. Even the NEWPro sales person stated over and over that vinyl alone was not strong enough for a window (they justified the strength by adding chemicals to the vinyl and the thickness of the vinyl frame). The fact that this continues into the security clips and the Bristol windows used such an advanced locking system made us feel that it is a more secure solution, especially for the ground level! Also, Bristol windows came with the visual appeal of the demonstration model as well.

After we listened to the entire presentation my fiance’ and I were prepared for the hardest piece to come… the price! We were both surprised that the Bristol windows, which we both think are superior to the NEWPro, actually came in less expensive! The fact is that we all understand that the cost of any product includes not only the cost to make the product and pay the sales team, but also the cost to advertise the product. We have seen many NEWPro commercials – the cost of which is ultimately passed down to the customer. The Bristol windows we learned through an existing customer, as we will tell our friends and coworkers about ours!

The finishing touch to our wonderful experience was Rescom’s installation crew… They were extremely professional, courteous, and quite obviously very skilled at their jobs. Having such a competent installation team made getting new windows a seamless process from start to finish!

Our experience with Rescom Exteriors Inc. started with a visit at a Green Home Show in Boston. Sue and I were not expecting much so we signed up with all of the Window manufactures at the show, such as Anderson Renewal, Penguin Windows, and Rescom Exteriors Inc.

After a visit with Anderson renewable, where we actually signed a contract, Josh Glicksman  of Rescom stopped by for what turned out to be a four hour visit. He was a very personable salesman and meticulously began to show us the benefits of installing the Bristol windows to us. With such a detailed and convincing presentation we decided that the Bristol Windows were the way to go. We negotiated at length with Josh and in the end a contract was signed. Throughout this process Josh has been there in support  of our concerns about our original choices. During installation Josh phoned as to see if all was going smoothly as though we were his only customer.

The contract Crew, Chuck, Jim, Dwayne and Mike came by on April 5,2008 as planned and they began work at 8:00a.m. The early rain did not stop there efforts in continuing to finish the job in one day. These four gentlemen were very cordial and pleasant to speak with throughout the course of the installation of the windows. Once I saw their workmanship the quality of the work was never in question. Their respect for the job site and our property was evident, as they were very clean clean during the time of construction. I would recommend any property owner  who purchased Bristol Windows to request these four gentlemen for their installation.

In closing the entire process of dealing with Rescom Exteriors Inc. was very pleasant and comfortable. If the opportunity does present itself, we would most certainly recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends.
