We would like to let you know how wonderful your windows are. We saw your display at a local fair. We put our names in the drawing for free windows. It prompted a sales call to our house. We weren't in the market for windows, but we had the sales man come out anyway. Our house needed new windows. All we wanted was the estimate to see what the ballpark was.

The sales pitch went well. The most amazing thing was the heat lamp demonstration. It was amazing how the salesman deflected the heat. That was something we talked about for a long time. The price at first was more than we could afford. Since you allow your customers to break up the order, we were able to do the house in two parts. That made the sale possible.

When the first half of the windows were put in, it was snowing. We really thought your guys would call and cancel. There were right there at 8am as promised. They worked quite quickly. They seemed not to mind my 2yr old's curiosity either.

We saw the savings in our oil bill right away. That was only with the first half of the house done. The second half of the windows was completed the following year- October 2008. We had the same work crew as the first time around. They were just great. They even took care of a bee's nest for us.

The most remarkable thing was the ice storm in December. We lost power for only four days. We were lucky. Some people lost power for thirteen days. Your windows held the heat in very well. After two whole days, we started to worry about restoring the heat in our house. Even at that, it had only dropped down to 47 degrees. The chilling temperatures outside were at 32 degrees or lower.

We absolutely love our windows. There are so many great things about them. They simply fit our lives. The traffic in front of our house is almost silent. There are no more drafts. The heat in our house is even. Cleaning them is a breeze. The style windows we chose helps the air flow in the summer. We just can't say enough. Thank you for creating such a great window.

Last week a team of installers headed by Mr. Scott Hebert replaced all the windows and doors in our house. This is to let you know how happy and pleased we are, both with the final product and the installation process.

It is quite a disruption having all your windows and doors removed, especially on a 40 degree day, but Mr. Hebert and his crew did everything they could to insure minimum disruption and inconvenience to our home. I was impressed with Mr. Hebert’s knowledge and experience. He knew exactly what to do to keep the project moving along, and the skill of the installation crew was evident in the professional and skillful manner they went about their tasks. Several times Mr. Hebert expressed concern over our comfort that day, indicating a concern for our well-being as well as doing a professional jog for the physical installation. After the job was completed, a thorough cleanup of our yard was dome and Mr. Hebert was adamant in making sure we were pleased with the work and that all our concerns and desires had been accommodated, which they were.

We are happy with our new windows and doors. They add nicely to the appearance of the house and look forward to the energy savings these windows will provide over the ensuing years. Thank you for a job well done, and please let Mr. Hebert and his crew know how pleased we are with their efforts. I have dealt with contractors before and this was the most satisfying experience I have had. We had our second floor windows replaced by Rescom Exteriors Company in the summer. The installer Chuck Abbott was very friendly and efficient. He even vacuumed our bedrooms after he finished the job and left beautiful neat windows behind. The first thing we noticed after the windows were replaced was the temperature in the rooms. It was noticeably cooler.
