When you purchase energy-efficient Rescom Windows for your home, you’ll be delighted with their quality and performance for many years to come.

We also want you to be happy with the installation process. Our window technicians are factory-trained to successfully install your new windows. Our goal is to make the installation quick and easy for you.

Here is what you can expect when we install your new Rescom Windows…

INSTALLATION OF NEW WINDOWS

• We will carefully remove you old windows. We may need to remove the existing window frame and trim to accomplish this.
  
• Your old windows will be removed from your home and disposed of properly and safely.
  
• Your new Rescom Windows will be fitted, installed and sealed into the prepared opening.
  
• All trim will be replaced where possible, both inside and out.
  
• The work area around each window will be thoroughly cleaned.

POST-INSTALLATION INSPECTION

• Each new window will be inspected as it is completed.
  
• We will provide information on the operation and care of your new windows.
  
• You will be invited to inspect and test each new window while our crews are still on site.
  
• Our work is not done until you are completely satisfied with your new windows and the installation process.

Once you are satisfied that your new windows are installed and working properly, we will ask you to “sign off” on the job as completed. We will only ask you to do this if you are completely happy with our work!
